Hi, I’m Andrew. I was diagnosed with impulsive-type BPD in September 2022. Learning about the condition opened my eyes to just how little practical advice exists online – the kind of everyday help that makes life easier, not just clinical definitions.
That’s why I started this website. I wanted to create simple, digestible information for anyone living with BPD, as well as for the people who care about them. My hope is that these resources offer understanding, reassurance and small steps that can genuinely improve daily life.
